VODACOM & FNB ********** *******
I used my FNB banking app to purchase airtime from VODACOM .. worth R160 ... I got doubled billed , meaning I paid a total of R320 For R160 airtime on the 7th December 2020 .. I escalated my query with FNB & was rejected a refund I escalated my query with Vodacom & was told I was indeed ********ly billed twice but I should send all this proof to FNB .. I went back to FNB but once again was told to go back to Vodacom I did that AGAIN and I’m told to go back to FNB . I’ve been with Vodacom for more than 2 decades but I’m willing to leave them if this matter isn’t solved soon , same goes for FNB
