Vodacom & FNB falsely accuse me of Debt - With Daily Harassment from Debt Sharks

I cancelled a wfi data package with Vodacom in September 2019. I was then billed again for three months thereafter cancelling, so I went to my bank to reverse the debit orders.

Turns out, Vodacom is still billing me for this contract. Even though the number they are charging me for - no longer exists and cannot be found by the Vodacom call centre/branches. Vodacom handed me over to a debt collector who has been threatening me everyday for the last week. And this is how I came to know that I am "in Debt" to Vodacom. At the same time FNB as profiled me as a "HIGH RISK" on financial files because it appears that I owe 6 months of contract fees to Vodacom.

Here is the problem: - The first time I was informed that I was still being charged was by VVM - Vodacom has not sent me any billing statements/letters/ information about this. And with only two weeks notice - are going to cancel my prepaid Vodacom number. - FNB halved my credit and deemed me as a "High RISK" without any notification or acknowledgement. - This is all happening in the second week of Level 4 Lockdown. This means that not only am I unable to get hold of the right departments at Vodacom and FNB, but I am still receiving Debt threats from VVM on a daily basis. - I had an impeccable credit score which I worked hard to obtain. And now I am a "High risk".

This treatment is disgusting and *********.
