Vodacom fleecing subscribers...again
Vodacom is fleecing subscribers. They have this Talking Points loyalty program that doesnt work at all! Everytime I try to convert the points to data, (1), the *13587# doe not work. Then you call the callcentre and indeed they deduct your talking points, oh yes they do! but load nothing of data or airtime that you have requested. Now it is two days since I requested mydata but nothing has been loaded!
So why have a product that doesnt work? Oh yes, fool the customer to retain the customer. This is exactly what is happening. Let them keep on trying until they forget that they have their data on Vodacom side. By that time they will not even remember how much talk points they redeemed. Nonsense!
