Vodacom Finrite insurance ignoring my claim and complaints

Vodacom Finrite company isn't responding to my complaints about a device claim that's been said to be authorized but when i go to collect at the Giyani Vodashop,they say its not authorized. There's no reference number or anything to allow me to claim. Its been a month now without a phone. Please do attend to my matter.
