Vodacom Finrite Insurance claim

Been trying sort out a cellphone claim for over a month and a half now. My best is that the intro when phoning states that your claim will be dealt with in no time and will be sorted out long before any other claims. Even trying to speak to someone in a managerial position impossible. @Vodacom @Finrite What happened to customer service? Please don't blame Covid19! Calls on *** doesn't even get answered.
