Vodacom Finrite cellphone insurance

I had to cancel my vodacom cellphone insurance this week of years after they have moved to this company called Finrite.I have not even been informed that they have moved so called insurance company. I am wondering if Vodacom review the service level agreements with this insurance administrator to see the poor service that the customers are receiving from Finrite.Not even Vodacom center can get through to them. After 3 days of trying to contact Finrite I eventually got hold of them, and I cancelled that contract same time...and requested proof to be sent to me immediately whilst still holding otherwise it would take another week. What a useless service and waste of money.
