Vodacom Financial Services - Messing around with their Promises

I opened an account with Vodacom Financial Services for a credit card machine long time ago. Account was approved and after trying and failing many times to get the card machine delivered and activated, I gave up. On the 7th of November, Vocadom financial services debited to my account for R310.50 for the rental of the card machine, which they never delivered. When questioning, they admitted the mistake and promised to refund. After more than 5 months, many many calls and promises, they still have not refunded this amount!
