VODACOM **** - FINALLY HELP ARRIVES
I am writing to acknowledge Rani Ramkhelawan, Executive Client Liaison Officer from the CEO's Office at Vodacom.
After a battle for over 9 months trying to get closure involving a **** by a Vodacom Consultant, A **** where I was blatently **** too and told I would be receiving a laptop at no cost with no affect to my upgrade, I reached out to Rani on Linked In. It was by chance found her profile and based on my interations with another Client Liaison Officer, Thato Chuene, I was not hopeful. Thato was not interested in keeping their client happy. I was told to return the laptop and they would credit me for 2 months as a GESTURE OF GOOD WILL?!?! There was no good will from Vodacom or the way he treated me.
Rani came as a breath of fresh air. She was super efficient in sorting out my query in a few hours where it had taken months of speaking to numerous divisions and people within Vodacom with no solution.
Nobody except for Rani took into consideration that I was unable to afford the charges of this ****.
Rani was fair to both Vodacom and myself. She looked at the contract and restructured it so that I am only paying for the laptop and reduced airtime and data.
I am still going to continue to pay for this laptop even though I was ****med. But it has now been structured in a way that I can afford it and I find acceptable.
Thank you Rani for helping me and restoring my faith in Vodacom, my family and I spend over R5000 a month on all our contracts and I was about to move all to MTN because of the way I have been treated over the past months.
Thanks to Rani and Rani alone, my family and I will stay with Vodacom, who we have been with for about 30 years.
Excellent customer service from her. She was quick to get back to me with a solution after hearing the voice recording and ensured the client was happy.
Vodacom needs more staff like Rani Ramkhelawan
