<p>TOOK MY SON'S CONTRACT IPHONE TO VODACOM FOR REPAIRS RECIEVED IT BACK WITH ****OGRAPHIC PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ON REPORTED IT TO VODACOM MIDRAND BUT THEY TOLD ME IT IS CRESTA A FRANCHISED PROBLEM CRESTA PHONED ME AND PLAYED IT DOWN AS NOT SERIOUS</p>

Vodacom send me a e-mail that that they will contact me. Since then after i send them a e-mail on various dates still nobody from Vodacom has contacted me. What must one do to get a response from Vodacom.
