Vodacom Fibre...absolutely useless

Please let me know if my fibre will be connected today...if not please cancel my service immediately since it is out of contract...I will take out service with another provider who I contacted and can connect immediately...

Can someone from Vodacom please call me to explain why all my queries/tickets are being closed without any resolution...yesterday when I called to cancel my service with Vodacom...the agent tried everything to keep me as a customer buy today there's still no resolution

Today I was asked for the same documents I was asked for days ago...in order to activate the line...I was also promised a temporary lte...still nothing
