Vodacom fibre your service is pathetic!

@Vodacom your fibre department is by far the most pathetic and frustrating department to deal with! I've spoken to numerous people who all says "we will escalate the matter" and nothing has been done! It's disappointing to say the least! I've been a customer of yours for 20 years and I've never experienced such blasé attitudes with you guys before in my life!
