Vodacom Fibre Worst service ever

Vodacom Fibre has done it again by deleting my line without notice once agiain they also dont know why the line was deleted no one can explain as to why this happened this is by far the worst Fibre service i have used Im told to reaplly when i just got the line reinstated now in January now i have to go back and wait another 14 Days like honestly The WORST oF THE WORST If you think of getting Fibre dont eeven thing of Getting Vodacom
