Vodacom Fibre - Worst ISP of them all

I have been a Vodacom Phone Network subscriber for close to 15 years, they are great. Their fibre team though…. They are the kind of people that wants to make you immigrate to Australia. I cringe at the thought of calling ***, the Vodacom on-hold tune is burnt into my soul. Calling yourself a world class telecommunications company is an insult to the industry. I have been on the phone with them to link an existing ONT to their delivered router for a week now. I have spoken to 7 different people and all of them gives me a different answer. It has gone so far that they requested a proof of residence…. Again. Excuse after excuse. It’s at the point where I want them to pick up their stupid router and walk away from this deal.
