Vodacom fibre - Worse than Telkom

Vodacom fibre service is the most pathetic. Worse than Telkom.

I have app**** for fibre and was given installation date. Despite taking the day off from work, they did not pitch as per schedule. I have call so many times to the call center but there's only promises for someone to contact me back but that doesn't happen.

Their call centres do not even allow you to speak to a consultant most of the time so it wastes you airtime.

DO NOT USE VODACOM FIBRE IF YOU VALUE GOOD SERVICE

I spoke to a consultant again yesterday evening and once again I was promised that someone would call me and provide feedback but that just did not happen! This is ridiculous !
