Vodacom Fibre (Vumatel) - Not to be recommended

I app**** for Vodacom Fibre (Vumatel) in January 2019. Although after many phone calls to the Vodacom customer care center, receiving a reference number SR 190 ********** 88 and receiving many promises from the call center agents, I haven't had any feedback from neither Vodacom or Vumatel regarding my installation. Vodacom was quick to deliver my router, but that's about all so far. That is not the kind of service I expected from Vodacom.
