VODACOM FIBRE VODACOM VODACOM VODACOM
Since June 2023 I have been trying to sort my "FIBRE ACCOUNT OUT" Paying double every month Mr. Joosub CEO of Vodacom, ""can you not please sort out your Staff, at all the CALL CENTRES and MIDRAND HEAD OFFICE". As a pensioner have been asking for a Refund and Please only one payment. Have so many Refs No, I was promised a refund months ago, (and the second Fibre was established that was not working), so why all this inefficiency Makes one wonder ??I want my refund and account sorted out. As I am a single Pensioner. Convinced that something is not 100% Honest at Vodacom. Why all this avoiding sorting out my account.

I think this is a disgrace that NOBODY CAN SORT THIS ACCOUNT OUt, HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM -- I think that the staff at the CALL CENTRESAND THERE SUPERVISORS ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THE WORK---do the Directors of VODACOM not see what is going on ---or am i paying for somebody else fibre in VODACOM DISGRACE FROM JUNE 2023---BY NOW I NEED A REFUND PLUS INTEREST THAT HAS ACCUMULATED BY OVERPAYMENT ON MY SIDE RE BANK ACCOUNT.
please please please please this is not a difficult EXCERCISE TO FIX Heaven help all of us
