Vodacom Fibre useless

We have been struggling with our fibre since middle December, we phone them they restart and then 2hours later we are offline again. Out entire security system works from out fibre. We phone Vodacom almost everyday and still not sorted. We have been waiting for technicians to come out also no luck. This is really ridiculous service. The call centre staff very friendly but the problem is still not resolved and this is very frustrating.
