Vodacom Fibre useless

Don't get fibre with Vodacom, my fibre is down and Logged a call on the 29th December 2024 and Vodacom said I will only get help on 15 January and by that time I m working from home have to buy data for me to work.

I tried calling Customer care in order to get speed response and the person work in Vodacom Customer care they don't about their Clients

Please Guys don't get Fibre with Vodacom, Vodacom fibre useless and I make payment every month
