Vodacom Fibre - Unresolved Issue
This is the second review about Vodacom not keeping up to their end of the deal. They have made contact but have not resolved anything .When it comes to paying them, they have no mercy and I have been waiting for more that 3 months now for my Fibre installation.They keep blaming there service provider and say that my line is occupied, but i have spoken to Vumatel and they say my line is open. I do not know what to do and I am getting really frustrated with the level of service I am receiving. We have to keep spending money on Data while we are awaiting out Fibre installation. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT NOW!!
