Vodacom Fibre unreliable

If you are thinking of getting Vodacom FTTH, don’t. Vodacom Fibre is unable to provide reliable fibre to its customers. My fibre has been down three times in three days. For the past 3 months, I am on average without fibre 2-3 days a week. There is never an explanation of the problem, or what plans are made to ensure that the problem doesn’t happen in future. I would give zero stars of that was possible ☹️☹️
