Vodacom Fibre Transfer from deceased spouse to surving spouse - like a ping-pong match.

My parent's had a vodacom fibre account in my dad's name. He recently passed away and we have been trying to transfer the account to my mom's name. Now for the fun bit: she went in store to have it attended to. She was turned away and told to call the deceased estates no. (***), which we did. After being put on hold for an hour or so, we were finally directed back to the Fibre Technical people (***). We called Fibre Technical to request a transfer of the account to my mom's name, and we're summarily told to contact deceased estates. After much back and forth, a helpful gentlemen sent us some forms to fill in and forward to... Deceased estates. Which we did. Upon receipt of the documents, we were told to.... Go back in store. So, where too from here, Vodacom? I have lost count how many times we were transferred from fibre to deceased to fibre to deceased again. It's like this is Vodacom's first rodeo or something?
