Vodacom Fibre transfer fiasco – and I still have no internet

Ref Nos: Relocation Request: SR*** ***-178790 / Rev: 1 Contact Person: Matlhodi Kgosiemang SO*** Contact Person: BLANK On the 18th of Last month I app**** to have my fibre line transferred. I was told my new address was covered by MTN but Vodacom would handle everything. Being a long-time loyal customer I believed it. I heard nothing for weeks and then started phoning to find out what the status was. I had been asked to fill in a form on day one, which I did. Subsequent to that I was asked again and again what package I wanted. Again and again I responded. On-line and sending in forms. I moved on the 14th of this month. A couple of days later someone arrived to put the line in. He wandered up and down the street looking for ‘the box’ and then left. Since then the fiasco continues. I phone every day. Every day I get a different answer. One person said, ok, you can get wireless access till its sorted. Fill in the form. I did. Submitted the form. I get messages saying upload the form. Upload your ID. I do that and get more messages saying upload the form upload your ID. I did. Got another message sayingupload the form and my ID. I did. The form and the ID are loaded. I can see them there. Its still asking me to upload the form and my ID. I don’t have LTE I don’t have fibre I am being DEBITED for internet and have none. Every person I speak to at Vodacom starts out as willing to help, but no-one does. Yesterday two people put the phone down on me. If you DON’T want my business, JUST SAY SO. Otherwise you are holding me hostage and I can’t earn a LIVING. Your systems are so complex and so automated no-one is capable of actually DOING anything.
