Vodacom Fibre to the Home worst experience

Worst experience ever with Vodacom Fibre to the Home. Spent three days talking to different consultants, each telling different stories and giving misinformation contradicting each other. The cherry on top was when a contractor said I should send my ID and bank statements to his personal email because their system was not working. Absolutely *********** and unprofessional service and I still don’t have wifi.
