Vodacom Fibre, the worst of them all!!!

Never ever use Vodacom Fibre unless you want to cry when you relocate!! I am working at home at the moment and they tell me installation when relocating will only be done 30 days after sending the relocation form, what nonsense is that! This means i will have to pay a damn r600 this month for service that i will not use! Coupled with 100 rands vodacom airtime that i have to buy everyday to buy IGB data so i can work. They even refuse that i cancel instantly! I even gave them my SR number SR-*** and they boldy told me to wait until the 26th of May so installation can be done meaning i will be paying for nothing this whole month! There is fibre in my area and i just moved next door so whats the problem here?? Ither providers just take 48 hours to reinstall if one relocates because they value their customers. What investigations are you doing that takes 30 full days???? I regret the day i contracted VODACOM!!!
