Vodacom fibre - terrible to no service

Vodacom Fibre....worst service ever. Been trying to for 3 weeks to get a technician to fix my fibre. Multiple calls, spoken to many agents. No team leaders phones back. No response on several service requests. Service requests get locked by Vodacom fibre, without my problem being solved. No one that we spoken to are able to assist.
