Vodacom Fibre terrible support service

The Worst service

I have a vodacom contract on my mobile and have used it for the last 2 decades and 4 years estimated. On 11 July 2022, I signed up for fibre with vodacom; THE WORST MISTAKE. From the date this line was installed, I have had struggle after struggle, ***-004355. I have countless 35 minutes plus phone calls with customer services. I have been promised escalation to technical several times ( recorded audios will be requested, on all call it was confirmed that recording is available)

I eventually decided enough was enough early April, called to cancel and the lady asked me to give her one more time. I explained that has happened with many other colleagues of hers. After her insistence, I agreed. Well, nothing changed. On the 26th, I called to cancel. I was told that the effect will be end of May 2023. On the 1st of May 2023, there was no service and upon checking what could be the issue, I was told i cancelled hence no more service. I called a different service provider on the 2nd of May 2023, I was told I am still contracted to someone. Later same day (2nd May 2023); vodacom cancellations called asking why I am planning on cancelling. After explaining; she told me my service is NOT cancelled. I reiterated that I have no service and have been told the reason its because its cancelled. She told me she will make calls and revert. NOTHING happened

On the 3rd, I called following on what is happening; I was told that I must pay ZAR15,000. NOBODY mentioned this before. A few minutes later figure changed to ZAR 17,000 (recordings there). I have not received any communication with regards to this!

Its the 3rd of May 2023; Still no service and No idea what is going on!! I cant contract someone new as they say I am still contracted. Vodacom has cut me off and not telling me next steps. Literally held hostage. There is No Month where I have failed to pay them

The service is beyond bad; ITS ATROCIOUS. I will try to share my experience as wide as possible. what can one do?
