Vodacom fibre terrible service

Their Fibre is very bad. We have had a problem for the last 4 months and they keep closing the service requests without fixing the problem. The problem escalated to a week ago when the vodacom wifi router finally broke. We are without wifi for a week now and theu just don't help us, no service at all, they keep closing requests without following up
