Vodacom fibre team

Such pathetic services from Vodacom fibre guys ,I did an application the first time they sent zoom guys out but there's no info structure for zoom in the complex which only has Vodacom and then I reapp**** and booked for the 20/3/2025 for the team to come and do the installation however their manager called me and said her team is fully book and we have to reschedule for Tuesday and I said no I have waited 14 days yourll sent the wrong guys out and now you telling the guys are fully booked I said I will report yourll on hello peter when I said that in under 20 minutes the a team was sent out as I had someone waiting at home from the morning,so the team comes out and these are the same guys that did the first installation in our complex,they came in shorts and t-shirt and flip flops no uniform,no tools which is very unprofessional from a Vodacom network as they are a big company that can't even ask there stuff to dress and be professional about there job . The guy came check the place and stated they can't do the installation due to a single box that was installed before when he was the on that did it and then went in the van and was sitting and killing time in the parking lot ,I call there manager and this lady supposed to call back and she never ,her services are so poor her team is useless an unprofessional,this is my first time apply for fibre with vodacom and I do work for a service provider also and the service that they gave me was pathetic and they team and their manager are a waste of time , can't even keep to there bookings .
