Vodacom fibre talk phone disaster, HELP ME SOMEONE!!!
Vodacom fiber will not deliver my Yealink phone! We requested to use Vodacom's VOIP phone service in February 2019, on the 27th of the month we got an email to say the service is active but there was no details of when the phone would be delivered. On the 1st of March my family and I were travelling down to Durban for holiday when Ram couriers phoned to tell me they are delivering a phone from Vodacom. At first I thought this must be a mistake because I was thinking a cell phone but eventually we recognised that this was the Yelling phone. I advised Ram that no one had said you were delivering the phone that day and we are out of town. Someone from Vodacom phoned me in that next week (4-7 March) and agreed that the phone would be delivered the next week when we got home (11-15 March). By the 14th of March there was no delivery so I phoned Vodacom at 9:50, I spent over an hour on calls as I was sent between option 1 and 2 as no one knew what was going on. Eventually I got hold of someone who said that Vodacom needed to do a re-delivery and she would log a call. This did not happen because when I phoned again on the 20th March non one knew about another delivery request. Then they logged another call SR190 ********** 02 for delivery, after a few days I called again and again and again. Eventually on April 1st I spoke to Clint at Vodacom Fiber, he assured me all would be sorted out but there was stock problems, he phoned me back at 9:39 and started the conversation with the words "have Ram couriers called you yet", as the warehouse had sent it off for delivery. I phoned again on the 4th as I had heard nothing and now he says the supplier has no stock and I must wait again!!! Vodacom what did you do with my phone that was to be delivered on the 11th of March, why did you not deliver that!!!???
