Vodacom Fibre sux

I was looking around for high speed internet and I came across a Vodacom Fibre advert with relatively cheap rates so I decided to sign up. All was good and went well with the application and approval.

Given that it was December and understandable that the people who do the installations would be off work for Christmas and the new year I waited patiently for them to come and install.

After the first week of January I had called the call center and was told that someone will get ahold of me with regards to the installation, but could not tell me when.

I called again a few days later and was told the same answer, until someone at the call center gave me a number which I called but this nber does not seem to exist.

Now a mere 8 calls later I feel that this is a real disappoint from a so called reputable company, I still have no answers as to when someone will come and install the fiber line at my home .

Vodacom you guys absolutely suck and I am really disappointed with the level of service I have received. Its also sad because the people at your call centers are no help at all. I hate to say that I am contracted to you guys but have not received any service at all. I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone at all and i m writing this to you in a hope that someone will get back to me and tell me what is going on.

Once again Vodacom you suck. Totally!!!
