Vodacom Fibre support the worst

I have reapp**** for fibre connection with vodacom as the ISP. I had to do million follow ups because vodacom somehow messed up my details, from my home address to my cellphone number. It's worth noting that I have been their unhappy customer for years with correct details on record, and for them to give first it was vumatel then the courier guy to deliver their router, incorrect details that make me unreachable. This is unacceptable, please sort this out, I need the router delivered asap. I tried to sort this out myself with RAM but they need approval from you.
