Vodacom Fibre Support failure
Vodacom Fibre Support dealing with a problem of a faulty router that needs to be replaced for 7 business days already without any resolve. Everything being promised that the request has been escalated and that a Technician will contact me ... but nothing is forthcoming despite numerous calls to their Support line.
