VODACOM FIBRE SUCKS JUST AS THEIR CONTACT CENTRE STAFF

Where does one start? Vodacom fibre is the most pathetic service provider i have come across in my entire life!!!!! It was constantly off, had to phone daily to reconnect (still waiting for the technicians they are sending out ?????). AND NOW We struggle to cancel it??? Telling us we need to pay router fees and installation fees?? installation fees for what? You didnt install it. Router fees were said to be paid for if we stay longer than 3 months. YOU GUYS SUCK AND ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!

Not even to mention the poor *********** people working in the contact center. Could right a story book on their bad client service and attitudes.
