VODACOM FIBRE STREET AGENTS ARE THE WORST

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Vodacom's Fiber Service Team. On August 10th, I ordered a router through an agent named Patrick Ugwu, who assured me that installation and delivery would be free. However, weeks later, he informed me that the order was declined due to provident funds.

Unexpectedly, in September, I received a call from a technician named Ram, who arrived at my residence to deliver the WiFi router. Despite my initial confusion, I allowed the delivery to proceed. Unfortunately, the agent failed to place an installation order, resulting in further delays.

I subsequently contacted Vodacom directly, and an alternative agent assisted me with placing the order. MetroFibre technicians then installed the router. However, I was deducted R704 at month-end, despite my contract specifying a fee of R489. This contradicts Patrick Ugwu's initial assurance that all services were complimentary.

I am frustrated with the discrepancy and poor service provided by Patrick Ugwu, and I would like to escalate this matter.
