VODACOM FIBRE SERVICES IS A NIGHTMARE!

Vodacom Fibre services is bad news!!!!!!

We have installed FIBRE after a long battle with Vodacom. By the way, we had been pre warned that Vodacom FIBRE services is extremely bad but we couldn't do otherwise because apparently Vodacom is the only service provider that can install FIBRE in our area.

We have been off line for the past two weeks and our efforts to report this technical glitch have not yielded positive results. We have talked to several people at Vodacom and they keep on making empty promises.

This has deeply affected our child studies and we accordingly had to buy extra data for him.
