Vodacom fibre service un reliable

Vodacom fibre network has been out or on for short periods since tuesday around 10:30 am. It is now Wednesday 22 Sept and still no reliable connection in the Klerksdorp Wilkoppies area. Calls to their fibre centre resulted in a service reference number and no estimate when service Return except "the Technicians are attending" we conduct international business and meetings using internet and these issues are loosing us money and customers. Unacceptable!!
