Vodacom fibre service is appalling

I have been extremely disappointed with the poor service and complete lack of honesty and communication I have had from Vodacom. I was forced to migrate from Evotel to Vodacom fibre because of a deal between the two companies. I filled out my Vodacom migration form on time, over a month ago now, and received a confirmation email of my sales order number. The migration process began in my complex on 19/10/2017, the same day my Internet was disconnected. It is now the 25/10/2017, I have had no Internet for 7 days! I have contacted vodacom every single day, some days more than once since the 19/10/2017, and no one has been able to sort this problem out, yet every new consultant I speak to is aware of my problem and how many times I have phoned because it has been recorded on their system. They take my details, but never contact me back in any form. I have also emailed and posted messages on Facebook, and only received automated replies. I have spoken to both the sales team and the migration team of Vodacom fibre, who have "booked" me for installation numerous times, which I make special arrangements to be home at the specified time only to be told by the installation team from The Universal Projects Company that they don't have my router.

1) How can a company like Vodacom leave a client disconnected for a week? 2) How can the migration of service provider process be so riddled with incompetencies? Surely a large corporation like Vodacom has better insight and planning? 3) How can vodacom find it acceptable to not communicate with a client appropriately, when a client has wasted time and money and effort to contact them via various forms of communication? Is this the service that a company like Vodacom is striving for? I feel Vodacom does not want to provide me with any service, and so I have made arrangements to cancel with Vodacom and explore other avenues for fibre in my area. I would suggest if you are looking to use Vodacom fibre, be wary that you do not matter to a large corporation and that you have no voice to effectively report problems. I suggest rather look for other options with smaller companies who will value you as a client and who will take your complaints seriously.
