Vodacom Fibre resetting every few seconds

Good day,

For months now I am having problems with my fibre connection that is resetting itself every few seconds.

Agter numerous emails amd telephone calls, the problems is still not sorted.

All the lights on the white vumatel box is going on and come on after few seconds, this is happening every few minutes.

We can't use the wifi to watch tv, or use any other social media plarform. I used more than 20gb of data the last month.

Please advise me on how can I cancel this service with Vodacom as I am paying for fibre that I can't use.
