Vodacom Fibre reluctant to assign Technician to action work

For the past week, since the 25/01/2021 i have been contacting Vodacom in relation to our fiber that is non-operational, when i contacted Vodacom, i was advised that there was an issue on Metrofiber's side, 1 day later, I contacted Vodacom again and was given the same response, i contacted Vodacom Fibre every singe day from the 25/01/2021, on the 28/01/2021, I finally spoke to someone that was able to assist me and advised me that the issue was with Vodacom and she then logged a call, she advised me that it would be a 24-48hour turn around time and that the technicians do not work on weekends but to expect the technician on Monday, this morning when i called Vodacom fibre, i was told that the service request would take a further 24-48 hours to be assigned to a technician so they cannot provide me with an ETA of when the technician would get to my residence. here is my problem, its a huge problem, i work from home, i utilize the wifi to action said work, i have not had internet access for over a week now; and no one seems to care that i am loosing a portion of my salary for the days not worked; when i requested the managers name and contact details, i was told that she cannot provide me with it as she is not allowed to hand it out and that Warren will contact me, which is utter *******, this is the first time that i have ever heard of a call center manager not being available to his customers. This type of service is why people do not want to utilize vodacom. i am utterly disgusted with this service and it appears that no one wants to do their job, i am rather being given the run around instead of having a technician booked and sent the job card to action asap, nothing is being done!!!!! its not as if i am getting this service for free, i am a paying customer, i know my responsibilities, the question is, do Vodacom staff know theirs? its simple, just do your job.
