Vodacom fibre relocation useless

Vodacom must be the slowest company in the world to relocate a fibre line. I moved into an estate where we are forced to use Vodacom as they installed the tower and the whole estate is forced to use them for fibre for what I hope is not much longer. I asked them months ago to install my fibre cable while I was renovating my new house after having been using them for 20 months in my old house. They told me they cannot install the cable for some unbeknown reason until I occupy the house, which makes no sense as they would then have to come and uplift all the paving and mess up the whole garden to get the cable in, so I went ahead and installed the conduit and the cable while I was renovating. I sent an email and completed all the relevant forms 06/09/2019 and asked them to relocate me a whole 500m up the road on 23/09/2019. To date I still have no fibre and have called the customer care line at least 15 times and they can not even give me a date or time or even an estimate of when this massive relocation will be happening. To add insult to injury my monthly invoice arrived perfectly on time for the full amount even though I’ve only received 75% of the service and when I go over my fair usage limi they throttle my line immediately without any warning.

I’ve been on this due course waiting for my fibre to be relocated for over a month now and still no indication as to when this will happen. Stop being vague and give me a date and time as to when you will be connecting my fibre line. Vodacom needs to learn the golden rule of any service delivery business, you need to under promise and over deliver but Vodacom fibre has this the wrong way round.
