Vodacom fibre relocation appalling
If you need to relocate your already existing Fibre service, rather cancel and get a new company, it will be more painless. I have attempted relocating my service and it has gone now where for more than 40 days, with numerous calls to the call centre with varied answers and no results. It took vodacom to give a new service at my previous address in just 4 days, while I a customer of almost 3yrs plus still without even an attempt as someone communicating with me, with out me having to call the call center. Rather move to a new company it would be more painless

This is getting out of hand, after my cancellation, I now have a new Sales Order SO*** emailed to me after I have requested to have this service cancelled with an SR *** . The level of confusion in your very large company is extremely shocking. Please can this be resolved because I do not want to go on paying for a service which was disconnected on the 24th of February and have not had internet since (So technically I am still being billed for a service I dont have and have to buy data at Vodacom's exorbitant prices, so win win for Vodacom).
