Vodacom fibre poor customer service
I've been having problems with Vodacom fibre as my ISP under the Vuma reach, they will send you from Piller to post just to get the link to make payment like it's unbelievable I've been calling the whole morning with no luck I cannot believe it , I'm even considering another ISP due to Vodacom's *********** manner of service. My advise for anyone considering Vodacom as an ISP, pls don't, the customer service sucks big time...
