VODACOM FIBRE PATHETIC
Vodacom Fibre is pathetic. Ordered Fibre in November, still no instalation. Called the call centre numerous times to simply inform me that they have a backlog. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO TAKE ORDERS STOP ADVERTISING AND TAKE IN NEW CONTRACTS. If you dont install the fibre within the next 7 days I will never do business with vodacom again. Its almost as if Vodacom is an SOE.
Vodacom, your nonchalant attitude towards your customers will cost you.
Gave 1 star because I have to, wouldve given 0.
