Vodacom fibre off since 13 April

I am logging a complaint about our Vodacom fibre that are off since Monday morning 13 April 2026 02:45, and it is now almost a week, that don't even give us updates and we are calling them and they don't even fix our problem. No one has come out to look at our problem. And at the end of the month they want to ***** our money for no service.
