Vodacom Fibre Not Working Bad News Dont go with them

Vodacom Fibre, Vumatel installed my fibre on 2 Augusts 2019 and Vodacom was suppose to provision my internet, today is Saturday, I had to go in to work as I have cancelled my MTN and Rain LTE, till this point my fibre internet is not working, Vodacom does not contact me; I have to contact them, all my neighbors who went with AfriHost , Cool Ideas are working, Vodacom states there backoffice does not work over weekends, this is the worst service I have had from any supplier, and no one could help, really bad service from Vodacom, and our company moved from Telkom to Vodacom, not happy, I cant work now because of Vodacom Fibre
