Vodacom Fibre not good

Vodacom Fibre is a total waste of time. Today is 21 days after installation and still no service. The actual router was swopped out 3 times due to a serial number error their side and still no service. Seven phone calls later (with 2 separate call reference numbers), with three operators promising to phone back, no feedback whatsoever. We signed up for a 20mb down/10mb up line and the speed is less than a mb per minute if you are able to connect to the internet I'm at the point of ripping out their equipment and getting service from some other provider who will actually supply the service
