Vodacom fibre - no service in Northwest

Vodacom delivers no service within the Brits/Hartbee****rt area for their fibre clients! I have been without internet for more than a week after reporting the issue and still no technician is coming out to fix the line. I wouldn't recommend Vodacom fibre to anyone in this area - don't even think about it!

Dear Vodacom, don't you know that a lot of people work from home and cannot afford to pay for your service and still be without internet for days on end?
