Vodacom Fibre no service at all

Its been 2 days now that my Vodacom fibre internet is off. 1st time when we phoned we were told they have an outage on the system. Phoned again the next they onpy to be told there is some other problem resulting in 6 people in my neighbourhood having the same problem. Vodacom cant give me answers or tell me when it will be fixed. Im in the 4th month in on a 24month contract, Vodacom failing to deliver a service I am expected to pay sounds to me like a breach of contract. Stay away from vodacom, worst service ever.
