Vodacom Fibre - no service and no accountability
I have been without fibre service for 3 days and Vodacom cannot provide a turnaround time for return of service, apart from to say their sla is 48 WORKING HOURS, i.e approximately 6 working days. How can this possibly be acceptable? I can guarantee you that Vodacom wouldn't wait even 6 working hours to cut off service if I couldn't pay but they can take 6 days to provide a service that I'm paying for. Absolutely shocking service.

02 Mar 2022, 08:52I was contacted by a representative from Vodacom who sympathized and assured me the issue is receiving attention. However, I'm now on day 5 of no fibre service. How can Vodacom justify not providing an essential service they have been contracted and paid to provide?! This is not acceptable service.
