Vodacom Fibre no response to migration request

I am a Vodacom Fibre client who initially signed up for a 12 month contract. This contract came to an end at 31 December 2018. On 13 November 2018 I logged a request with the Vodacom Fibre call center, to migrate to maturing contract to a monthly contract, at a lower monthly fee of R699. This was acknowledged via e-mail. In January 2019 I noticed from my bank account, that they still charge me R806 per month. I then called the call centre, who told me that my request in November was closed because on non-response from my side. I then requested a new service request on 2 January 2019, which was again acknowledged via e-mail. I received no further response, and followed this up on 9 January 2019. The electronic response from Vodacom Fibre, is from a certain Libo Saula. It is the 15th of January today, and I feel I am being ****** by a major company. My request at the call centre to escalate the matter and speak to a complaints department, was simply met by insisting that a communicate via e-mail to ********** vodacom.co.za.
